How are we doing? (8 September)

How our customers feel about us is vitally important. So our customer service team will be carrying out six-monthly research - asking you about your experiences of doing business with Heidelberg Materials Cement.

While many of our competitors carry out similar research every two years, we believe by talking to you every six months it will enable us to deal more quickly with any issues that may arise.  Our tracking research is based on a criteria of 50 questions, including such issues as frequency of calls from the sales team; delivery; invoicing or complaints. 

A debrief of the most recent research results has identified issues around dealing with complaints and invoicing  so we have already taken action to resolves these.
